The Corinthia Hotel in central London, just south of The Strand, is a beautiful and traditional London Hotel which has been modernized in a really classy way, including lots of flowers!
I was there for their £45 three course set menu and bottomless champagne at the Northall Restaurant. On arrival through the gorgeous lobby, filled with flowers and beautiful light fittings, the Northhall Restaurant was through the bar area in a secluded and quiet part of the Hotel. It wasn’t too busy and there were plenty of staff, so the service was great throughout. Our champagne was served straight away, and they continued to serve us well after the two hours which we expected. The food options were really good for a set menu – I went for oysters and then muscles for main, with a yummy bread & butter pudding.
The verdict: 10/10. The setting at The Corinthia was stunning, the food great, the service excellent, and the champagne was a great upgrade from the usual prosecco deals that so many restaurants are doing now.
