The winter months leaves me lost wishing it was summer, I will have to think further into my 1hr holiday for winter. Love you blog.

I’m up at 5:00 a.m. and start my day with a meditation. Sometimes it’s short. sometimes it’s 30 min! Add in yoga, or reading, or sit out by the pool with a cup of tea.
One of my favorite things…once or twice a week, I write letters to family member or friend and mail them off. It’s a very personal way to feel connected to the people in my life. And who doesn’t like to get personal mail?
By 7:00, I am ready for the day.
