I have mood swings and get angry and rage before and during my period. I am 48. This is menopausal symptoms. My boss isn’t impressed. What do you recommend regarding supplements?

I am getting my bloods checked – hormone levels and so forth, tomorrow at the gp. I also have an appointment with the gp next week to discuss these blood test results and see about my treatment options – from what I can gather, it can be soya tablets or hrt. They will possibly discuss supplements as well.
