Bao – Super Soft Pulled Pork Buns
We got to Bao at 11:50 and a queue was starting to form outside the door. When they opened at 12 we went straight in and sat down on bar stools around the central area. People arriving after about 12:15 were having to queue – I’d say between 10-20mins.
The menu is a small piece of paper and you ticket the tapas items you would like. I didn’t really understand what any of the items were so it was a bit of a lottery!
This pulled pork bun was unreal. Rich flavours and the bun is so soft like a cloud!
Apparently the cider is really good. A bit too strong for me…
